Dr. Yeager was born in Elizabeth, just outside of Pittsburgh, PA. She got her Bachelor of Science degree at Westminster College. She then received her DVM degree from The Ohio State University. Prior to graduation, she worked a one month externship at the Avian & Exotic Animal Medical Center in Miami, FL.
Dr. Yeager has been a practicing small animal veterinarian since graduating from The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 1999. Her main area of special interest is avian/exotic animal medicine.
When she’s not at LVC, you can usually find her teaching fitness classes at the local YMCA or snuggled up at home with a book and her French Bulldog Walter. She’s an avid Pittsburgh sports fan and an admitted Walt Disney World fanatic. Most recently she ran her first Disney half marathon and is hoping to do many more.
