Jamie graduated from Philipsburg-Osceola High School in 1994.  Shortly thereafter she attended Triangle Tech in DuBois where she received an Associates Degree in Architectural Drafting and Design.  After working in that field for 10 years, she decided that she would like to work with and care for animals.  She then attended classes given by Penn Foster Career School and received a diploma for Certified Veterinary Assistant.  She has been working as a receptionist for Lakemont Veterinary Clinic since September 2010.

Jamie currently lives in Philipsburg with her husband Joel and 3 furry children.  Becca is a 6-year-old longhair mini Dachshund, Maggie is a 6-year-old smooth Dachshund and Gracie is a 5-year-old wirehair mini Dachshund.  She also has 2 turtles and 2 tree frogs.

When she is not taking care of "the kids", Jamie enjoys reading, playing paintball with her husband, playing video games, photography and scrapbooking.
